Blue Hills Rise

Sitting at the edge of the state forest, this house balances a complex site and program with incredible views of the surrounding mountain range to create a multigenerational home for a family passionate about alpine sports. Early inspiration was drawn from the rocky outcrops of the region as a way into the challenge of imagining the right building for the site.  This was also a nice analogy that provided some common ground and also contrast to the brief for a contemporary home.  

Construction is anticipated to commence in late 2023
